We are changing our brand but what does that actually mean for you?

Why we are changing

Because we’ve simplified our structure and our business focus. After 10 years as First Ark Group we are rebranding as Livv Housing Group. This brand represents our commitment to being a great housing provider, delivering great services, creating positive impact and enabling local communities to flourish.

What will be different

This rebranding is taking place as part of wider changes to the legal structure of the First Ark Group. However, your landlord and who you pay your rent to will remain the same but be renamed Livv Housing Group.

You will see a commitment to investing in our existing homes, improving our services, building new homes and supporting our communities more than ever before. We are investing in programmes and activities that will create a lasting positive impact for you, our customers and the communities that you live in.

We are also making it easier than ever to get in touch with us and access information about your tenancy, our services and the things that are important to you – LivvOnline is the new name for our customer portal.

The future

Our new corporate plan will be launched in April 2020. It’s our first as ‘Livv’ and sets out our aims and ambitions for the next three years and it’s all about people and homes.

Investing over £70 million to improve homes, building 900 new homes over the next three years, delivering programmes that support people and communities to flourish.

Reducing our carbon emission, playing our part to reduce energy consumption and address fuel poverty.

We know that there’s no place like home. The restructure and rebrand puts customers and communities at the core of the business and at the forefront of all our operations, underpinned by a new three year corporate plan. The strategy is about the future: forging opportunities for happy, healthy lives and safe, friendly neighbourhoods.

It’s exciting times, after 10 years as First Ark Group, we are embarking on the next stage of our evolution as we become business ready for the next decade and beyond, ever committed to making a positive impact and creating flourishing communities.
