The 2022/23 financial year has been the biggest year to date for our Development and Sales teams. As we continue our focus on building, construction work has now begun on 346 new homes across nine sites in Knowsley, Sefton and West Lancashire.
We target our delivery of new homes to meet the diverse needs of our customers, so we’re building several types of new homes, including apartments, bungalows and houses. Properties will vary from one to four bedrooms, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities available for affordable rent, Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy.
With a new loan facility in place to develop a further 1,700 new homes over the next five years, we’re driving forward our ambitions to provide high-quality homes while achieving positive impact and creating flourishing communities.
