Lists and registers

As a social housing provider, we maintain a range of lists and registers about how we manage our homes and the services we provide.

Some of the information we keep is required by law or to meet regulatory requirements and some helps us make sure we’re delivering services well and meeting our responsibilities, as your landlord.

A lot of information in the below lists and registers is personal and relates to individual customers and their homes, so instead of publishing them in full, we’ve provided an overview of the information we collect. This will help you understand how we meet our responsibilities and deliver high quality services.
