How did we do?

The Annual Report highlights our performance for the financial year, including the services we provide to customers, their home and overall business finances.

Social Accounts demonstrates the impact we’ve had on our customers lives through support, working with our partners and external agencies to make a positive difference.

Key stats for 2022/23

  • Our activities created a total social value of £65,172,887
  • Circa £11 million worth of cost savings to the NHS, DWP and local authority

 This year’s Social Accounts report focuses on three key areas of support: cost of living, young people, and mental health and wellbeing.

 The main findings show that we supported:

  • 5,639 customers to become financially better off
  • 2,553 people with energy advice, food and fuel vouchers
  • 199 young people who took part in training and activity to improve their employability skills
  • 2,824 people to improve their mental health and wellbeing
