On Friday 10 and Saturday 11 November, we’ll be opening the door to our new show home (30 Weaver Drive) at The Finches in Halewood.
Open to the public from 10am-4pm on both days, the event will give aspiring buyers the opportunity to take a look around the new show home and speak to the Livv Sales Team about buying and qualifying for the Shared Ownership scheme.

Two- and three-bedroom homes available for Shared Ownership
There will be 35 two- and three-bedroom homes available at The Finches through the government’s Shared Ownership scheme. Six of these are already reserved and five have already moved in.
Through the scheme, prices start from £57,886 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom home and from £64,000 for a 25% share of a three-bedroom home.
After the launch weekend, viewings will be by appointment only.
