We check that we’re meeting the requirements of the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code by carrying out a self-assessment every year. We hope that we can always solve any complaints through our policy process, but don’t forget you can speak to the Housing Ombudsman at any time for advice and support to resolve a despite or complaint you have with us.
