Our Commitment to Competence, Conduct and Customer Service
At Livv, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality services delivered by skilled, professional and accountable colleagues.
We take the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Competence and Conduct Standard seriously and have arrangements in place to ensure our colleagues have the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to carry out their roles effectively. Our approach is informed by customer insight, feedback and learning from customer experiences, helping us continually improve the services we provide.
All colleagues are expected to follow our Code of Conduct, which sets clear expectations around honesty, integrity, respect, professionalism and ethical behaviour when working with customers, colleagues and partners. We expect colleagues to act fairly, make decisions openly and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Our Colleague Development Policy is our commitment to how we invest in the ongoing development of our colleagues through structured learning, training, coaching, professional qualifications and regular performance reviews. This helps ensure colleagues maintain the standards required for their role and continue to develop their skills and knowledge throughout their careers.
Our Colleague Performance Policy sets out our performance arrangements which support colleagues to meet expected standards and provide additional training, development and support where needed. This helps us maintain a culture of continuous improvement and deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
We regularly monitor compliance with these requirements and review our policies to ensure they remain effective and reflect current regulatory expectations.
