£434,000 spent on energy reduction measures

95.57% Livv homes have an EPC rating of C or above

Everyone deserves a home that’s warm, comfortable and affordable to run, and energy efficiency helps make that a reality.

This year, we spent £434,000 on energy improvement works across your homes and our business, including adding 15 new electric vans to our fleet. This has helped to lower our carbon footprint, keep our homes extra warm, and reduce the potential of high energy bills for our customers. Everyone’s a winner!

We’re aiming to be carbon neutral by 2030, which means reducing our energy use across our offices, homes and vehicles. We’re way ahead of this target, as 95.57% of our homes already meet the EPC grade of C or above – which is higher than the national average.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is like a report card for your home. At 86 of our customers’ homes, we carried out work such as fitting draft excluders and installing double glazed windows to improve their energy efficiency, which means how good a home is at keeping heat in and the cold out.
