Join our Customer Services Committee

Would you like to help us shape our services and make a difference to customers?

Our purpose is to unlock potential and give people and communities opportunities to flourish. We’re committed to providing a high-quality housing service, and we use customer feedback to understand what we’re doing well, what we can improve and ensure that our services meet their needs. We’ve a range of ways we engage with customers from feedback opportunities to our customer Quality and Improvement Panel (QuIP), but we’d like to do more.

We’re looking to add a new independent member to our Customer Services Committee that’ll work with our Board to give feedback and help deliver positive change for our organisation. The committee is made up of four non-executive Board members, and our new Independent Member.

You could be supporting our Board to make sure that everything Livv Housing Group and Livv Maintenance do is centred around our customers. You’ll help to ensure that the services we provide meet the needs of the people living in our homes and communities, by closely examining our services.

We’re looking for someone who has first hand experience of social housing services and is keen to get involved. You’re eligible to apply if:

  • you’re a customer of Livv Housing Group, any other housing association or have lived experience within social housing
  • you have the time to commit to attending meetings and providing feedback.

Committee members will be paid £4,500 per year in monthly increments and any relevant expenses.
