Introducing the Quality and Improvement Customer Panel and how to be part of it.

The Livv Quality and Improvement Panel (or QuIP for short) is a small group of customers responsible for scrutinising services and helping us to prioritise improvements we need to make.

QuIP complete two in-depth reviews of our services each year. They choose the focus of each review based on our performance and what you have told us is important. The QuIP report the findings and recommendations from each review directly to our board.

Join the QuIP

QuIP is open to all customers living in a Livv property. If you are a customer and would like to join, there are some places available. No experience is required just a willingness to work alongside us, to provide and challenge ideas that help us to improve our homes and services.

QuIP meet up for a couple of hours every 4-6 weeks bu joining you’ll:

  • know that you’re making a difference
  • develop your skills
  • enhance your CV
  • receive expenses for taking part
  • be provided with IT equipment.
