Introducing the Quality and Improvement Customer Panel and how to be part of it.

The Livv Quality and Improvement Customer Panel (or QuiP for short) is a small group of ‘customer champions.’ It’s responsible for scrutinising services and helping us to prioritise improvements we need to make.

It helps us to deliver higher standards of service and provide good value for money for customers.

Join, learn new skills and make a difference

QuIP is open to all customers living in a Livv property. If you are a customer and would like to join, there are some places available on the panel.

QuIP meet up for a couple of hours every 4-6 weeks. In return you’ll get a chance to work alongside Livv colleagues, offering you a chance to:

  • Develop your skills through valuable work experience
  • Enhance your CV and we’ll provide a reference
  • Access technology and develop digital skills

We also cover all travel expenses for taking part.
