As part of our commitment to improving customer service, we’ve invested in a new repairs system.

What does this mean for you ?
  • The new system will give us improved visibility of available appointments so we can book you an appointment at first contact.
  • We’ve implemented a new text messaging system to keep you updated, send reminders and let you know we’re on our way.
  • Some appointments for follow on work can be booked by the operatives when they are with you.
  • Our operatives will be able to extend the time on a job, allowing more repairs to be completed at the first visit where possible.

All of these changes will help us ensure you’re receiving the best customer experience.
