What does this mean for you ?
- The new system will give us improved visibility of available appointments so we can book you an appointment at first contact.
- We’ve implemented a new text messaging system to keep you updated, send reminders and let you know we’re on our way.
- Some appointments for follow on work can be booked by the operatives when they are with you.
- Our operatives will be able to extend the time on a job, allowing more repairs to be completed at the first visit where possible.
