We’re making the way you pay your rent on the phone a little bit more secure. In May we’ll be introducing a new system when you call to pay your rent, our contact centre team will ask you to enter your card details using your phone keypad.

Don’t worry though, our team will be with you every step of the way to guide and support you through this process.

We’re doing this to make it more secure, so your debit and credit card details aren’t stored anywhere.
