Social Accounts demonstrates the impact we’ve had on our customers lives through support, working with our partners and external agencies to make a positive difference.
Key stats for 2022/23
- Our activities created a total social value of £65,172,887
- Circa £11 million worth of cost savings to the NHS, DWP and local authority
This year’s Social Accounts report focuses on three key areas of support: cost of living, young people, and mental health and wellbeing.
The main findings show that we supported:
- 5,639 customers to become financially better off
- 2,553 people with energy advice, food and fuel vouchers
- 199 young people who took part in training and activity to improve their employability skills
- 2,824 people to improve their mental health and wellbeing
