The Regulator of Social Housing is looking for input from social housing customers about proposed changes in regulatory consumer standards.
There are four draft consumer standards which set out the specific expectations and outcomes that all registered housing providers will be expected to achieve and the changes will apply from April 2024. Changes include the following:
- The Safety and Quality Standard
- The Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard
- The Neighbourhood and Community Standard
- The Tenancy Standard.
