We send customers a survey after we’ve carried out a service for them to ask how we did. Here we celebrate some of our favourite compliments from April.

We listen and respond to all feedback we get (good and bad); it helps us to learn and keep improving. We always invite your feedback whatever it is – we want to be the best we can be.

Our teams are focussed on delivering great customer service, so when we get it right we like to celebrate and share our top compliments from the month. It helps us stay customer focussed and making customers smile makes us smile too. Thank you for your kind words.

To our repair maintenance team

“Livv has always been very kind and helpful to me and my family.”

To our gas servicing team

“Contractor was friendly, job was done quickly and efficiently. Face covering was worn, and he also thanked me for letting him in.”

To our lettings team

“I was very pleased with the service we received from Kathy and Anthony who kept us in the loop as to what, when and where the progress was with the house. Kathy especially when she pulled all the stops out to get us the keys before the Easter break.”

“Very helpful in every way, all the team are being great and can’t do enough. I don’t think there’s anything else you can do to improve your services, have not found a fault in anything. Took a bit longer than I thought to get my property but that was expected.”
