Are you looking for specialist sheltered housing? We offer a range of sheltered properties which provide residents with additional support and security.
What is sheltered housing?
Our sheltered housing schemes are designed to promote independent living. Additional support and reassurance is provided by a dedicated Independent Living Advisor and a 24-hour emergency alarm in your home.
How to apply
To be eligible for our sheltered housing schemes, you must be aged 60 or over. Younger people will be considered on an individual basis.
To apply for a Livv Housing Group sheltered housing scheme you will need to register with Property Pool Plus and bid on properties as they become available.
