We’re proud to have welcomed two new graduate trainees to the business. The recruitment of Rhea Veidman and Joe Nash, both from Knowsley, demonstrates our continued commitment to nurturing local talent and developing the next generation.
The Livv Graduate Programme, in collaboration with The GEM Programme, is a two-year initiative designed to provide talented graduates with the platform to explore their potential.
Rhea Veidman, 22, from Huyton, joins Livv as a graduate in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores University. Meanwhile Joe Nash, also 22, from Kirkby, is a graduate in Business Management and Marketing from Edge Hill University.
Rhea and Joe will follow a tailored programme to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in social housing. In their first year, they will spend six months each with our Customer Insight and Development teams, before choosing their preferred area to specialise in for their second year.
Alongside this, both Rhea and Joe will work towards their Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 qualification.
Expressing her excitement to join the programme, Rhea said: “With my background in Real Estate, I’ve always had an interest in property. While social housing is a completely new area for me, I was drawn to the sector because there are so many different aspects to it. The development side of this role naturally appealed, but I also liked the idea of supporting and engaging with customers. The hard work starts now and I’m ready to get stuck in.”
Looking forward to making a difference, Joe said: “After I left university, I knew that I wanted to work for a business where what I did would matter and be meaningful. Whether it’s helping customers find solutions to their issues, or developing new houses to give people their dream home, Livv makes a real difference to real people. I’m excited to learn, grow and be a part of that.”
The Livv Graduate Programme is now in its second year. Rhea and Joe follow in the footsteps of Tom Howden who joined us in 2023 as our first ever graduate trainee. Tom is now in the final year of his programme, where he’s focusing on environmental sustainability.
We’re excited to welcome Rhea and Joe to the team as our latest graduate trainees.
“Through mentoring, training and giving them real-world experiences, we’ll provide them with the tools and support that they need as they navigate the early part of their careers. By spending time with different teams, they’ll be able to find where their strengths and interests lie. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow and thrive at Livv and the contributions they make as they embark on their journey with us.
“As a business we’re committed to unlocking potential and creating opportunities for young people. Our evolving graduate programme is just one example of this, alongside our annual apprenticeship programme and our work with local schools and colleges.”
