We’re delighted to announce that our current Executive Director of Resources, Sharon Marsh, is set to continue her professional journey with us, moving into the role of Executive Director of Customer Insight.
As someone who is truly passionate about people, and with 12 years’ experience with Livv to date, Sharon’s appointment will bring further positivity and benefit to our business and customers moving forward.
She has contributed to a culture of positivity and pride at Livv as a G1 V1 business, having created an exemplary HR function that has made the organisation an employer of choice in the region, one that values people, their views and input and is equally committed to working collaboratively.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Sharon is passionate about harnessing the power of data and insights to underpin positive change and to inform robust processes.
Throughout her career, she has also held various roles and responsibilities in contact centre environments within the business outsourcing sector.
Sharon understands the work we’ve already undertaken in recent years to improve our customer journey, is passionate about the next steps in that journey, and to delivering the exciting objectives we’ve documented in our new corporate plan 2023-26 entitled Doing More.
She will be focused on continuing to ensure we’re supporting our 28,000 customers through the cost of living crisis and initiatives we can bring through that further benefit our customers’ mental health and wellbeing.
This is big, bold news for our Executive Team. Sharon’s knowledge of our business and operations will be a perfect complement to our ambitions for 2023-26 and beyond.
Her passion for people, positivity, processes and the power of data and insight gathering to exact the most meaningful change, will help us create an even closer relationship with our customers moving forward.
I’m beyond excited to start this new chapter in my career with an organisation that’s committed to Doing More for its customers. Shaping what we deliver, how we deliver and how we commit to continually challenging ourselves to do more, and be more, for our customers will be my priority. I’ll be focused on hearing our customers’ voice and forensically reviewing the real-time data we are gathering to make Livv outstanding at harnessing insight to influence the most powerful change.
We’re now moving to a recruitment process for the Executive Director of Resources position, as we look for a new leadership team colleague to continue the exemplary legacy Sharon has created for this portfolio.
