As 2025 comes to an end, we’re wrapping up the year with something special – our Love From Livv advent calendar competition!
Looking back at 12 special moments that made the year meaningful to us, our customers and our communities our Love from Livv advent calendar highlights a number of projects, events, services and support that have made a real, lasting difference to people’s lives, health and wellbeing.
From introducing new financial support tools to sponsoring and attending community celebrations, we’ve had a year packed with positive progress and we’re proud to be looking back at everything we accomplished to support our customers and communities.
To share these wonderful stories and end the year with some festive joy, throughout December we’re going to be sharing 12 highlights across our Facebook page and ‘opening’ our advent calendar, so join us as we reflect on what has been a busy but brilliant year.
We’ll also sign off each post with a little message of appreciation, community spirit and of course… Love from Livv x
Our Festive Competition: Find Ralph!
As well as sharing some of our favourite memories, we’re also giving three people the chance to win a digital Amazon Gift Card with winners receiving one of three prizes:
- First prize is a £50 digital Amazon Gift Card
- Second prize is a £25 digital Amazon Gift Card
- Third prize is a £15 digital Amazon Gift Card
All Gift Cards will be with each lucky winner before the big day so they can use it to help with any last-minute Christmas shopping or treat themselves!
To enter, all you need to keep an eye on our Facebook page and find our Paw-sitivity Of-furr-cer, and Livvi’s best friend, Ralph, who’s hiding in four of our advent posts. We’ve left some handy clues in our posts, so keep your eyes peeled and let us know if you spot him!
How to enter
When all 12 Love from Livv posts have been shared on Facebook, and you’ve found Ralph, email a screenshot of all four places he’s hiding to marketing@livvhousinggroup.com before 1pm Monday 22 December to be entered into our prize draw.
Need to know
Our final Love from Livv post will go live on Friday 20 December, giving you the whole weekend to submit your entry before the competition closes at 1:00 pm on Monday 22 December. All entries will then be entered into our prize draw and winners will be selected at random and contacted by 4:00 pm the same day.

Terms and Conditions
- You must be a Livv Housing Group customer to enter the Love from Livv competition
- You must send a screenshot of where Ralph is hidden to submit an entry. Four screenshots showing each one of Ralph’s hiding places = one entry
- The competition closes at 1pm on Monday 22 December and all entries must’ve be submitted to marketing@livvhousinggroup.com before then
- There will be three winners with one person winning a £50 Amazon Digital Gift Card, one person winning a £25 Amazon Digital Gift Card and another person winning a £15 Amazon Digital Gift Card
- Winners will all be selected at random and contacted via email before 4pm on Monday 22 December
