This summer we’ve been out and about in our high-rise communities meeting and speaking to customers who call Quarry Green, Woolton Views, Ashton Park and The Fairways home.

Reiterating our commitment to getting back to basics and being more active and visible in our communities, these events at our high-rise schemes are the first of many. Along with events such as our Walkabout Wednesdays, Housing Advisor drop-in sessions and community activities we’re out and about in our communities more than ever before.

Events like these are so important and give us a real opportunity to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams to help and support our customers quickly. They also give us a real chance to get to know people on a more personal level, understand what’s important to them and what they want and need from us, as their landlord. They open doors to the support our customers need, often forming the foundations people need to live well and thrive in their home and community.
These events are the first in a number we have planned over the coming months and mark an important milestone in our commitment to becoming more visible in our communities. So, keep your eyes peeled…we’ll be seeing you soon!
