Construction is already underway on a range of two- and three- bedroom houses. 24 of the homes will be for affordable rent and eight will be available through Shared Ownership.

Each home will include a garden, car parking space and access to electric car charging points, supporting comfortable, modern-day living.

Part of the wider Priory Gardens at Yew Tree Park development, this thoughtfully designed, family-friendly neighbourhood offers something for everyone – from first-time buyers and growing families to those looking to downsize.

These new homes form part of our ongoing commitment to increasing the supply of affordable new homes across the North West, with a focus on areas where demand is greatest.

This is our first collaboration with Anwyl, and we’re proud to be working together to deliver homes that meet the real needs of local people.

With options for affordable rent and Shared Ownership, these beautiful new homes will give more of our customers the opportunity to live in or own their dream home in a desirable area. We’re pleased to be working with Livv Housing Group to provide much-needed new affordable homes in Burscough. Part of our Priory Gardens development, where we’re building a total of 380 homes across 20 acres of land, these energy efficient homes will contribute to local housing targets. Dozens of homes at Priory Gardens are already occupied, with residents saying it’s a very family orientated neighbourhood, with a good sense of community.
